J’adore Cosplay
Simple, fun-loving, and smarter than the average bear (maybe), J’adore Cosplay/Notgrima is a Denver-based cosplayer and crafter of 12 years. She has attended conventions all over the United States, winning several craftsmanship or Best in Show awards from their cosplay contests. She specializes in sewing, wig styling, and stage presence. Her ultimate goal for cosplay is not only to showcase her work, but to teach acceptance and love in the cosplay community by spreading important messages and positivity in any way she can.”
Clockwork Faerie
Michelle Fitzgerald fell in love with historical costume after seeing it through film and stage. She learned pattern cutting and fitting during her time working for Denver Bespoke, making suits and gowns for all bodies. Corsetry in particular was such a fun engineering project and a needed product in the costume community, and so Clockwork Faerie corsetry was born in the middle of 2010. We take commissions for stays and corsets, and also provide customized sewing patterns and tutorials for corsetry.
Michelle resides in Denver, CO with her partner and two children. She enjoys cosplaying with friends, singing, playing piano, and hiking (in costumes of course!) in her spare time.
Personify Cosplay
Personify Cosplay is an award-winning Colorado cosplayer who has been cosplaying since 2015. When they first began, the word “cosplay” had not come across their vocabulary but they knew that they loved this method of self-expression as soon as they donned their first costume. Once they started attending more conventions, they quickly developed a love and passion for the art form. They have done over 100 cosplays in their cosplay career and have shown no signs of stopping anytime soon. Their goal in cosplay is to have fun and share as much love, passion, and knowledge as they can. Their strengths include sewing, foam, and 3D printing but are a jack of many trades within cosplay creation.
Stitched in Starlight
Stitched in Starlight started cosplaying with her partner in 2015. She learned to crochet later tjat same year, and in 2017 she decided to meld the two passions together. Since then, crochet cosplay has become their signature, and every cosplay has at least one crocheted piece incorporated within it. They are now a Masters-level cosplayer and compete with yarn as a primary medium. Stitched in Starlight is a plus-size, neurodivergent, queer cosplayer who advocates strongly for cosplay as a form of self-expression. She treasures the friends she has made and the skills she has learned throughout her cosplay journey.
